Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in job postings and applicant tracking using ATS across various job portals to attract suitable candidates.
- Source and screen job candidates to identify potential fits for the company.
- Reference checking and background screening of job applicants
- Coordinate and conduct interviews and assessment tests to assist in the selection process.
- Apply for levy fee and waiver applications as required.
- Review the company's current policies and handbook; propose improvements based on findings.
- Research, develop, propose, and implement employee wellness programs.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process for new employees.
- Monitor and ensure employee morale and attitude align with company culture.
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace environment.
- Budget planning and resource management for programmes and activities.
