Job Description
- Benefits administration (coordination of staff benefits & renewal of medical insurance)
- Payroll administration for timely and accurate payroll including income tax filing
- Apply government grants for maternity leave and national service
- Apply, renew and cancel work pass and dependent pass
- Coordinate international mobility transfers
- Respond to audit questions during auditing process
- Contribute to budgeting exercise
- Coordinate with training and wellbeing providers for wellbeing and training events
- Preparation of Town Hall slides, internal HR communications
- Staff recognition administration
- Keep abreast of HR legislation and update the employee handbook and HR policies & Risk Deck
- Provide interpretation and advice to the business regarding policies, process and procedures
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR generalist experience (including work pass applications/cancellations, benefits administration)
- Some payroll experience is advantageous
- Must be able to start work immediately
