Job Description
- Assist the Planning Manager to coordinate design detailing between Clients and Consultants
- Review, update and coordinate all architectural work including shop drawings for the project
- Resolve all site architectural issues and implement the right methods to ensure quality and productivity
- Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors on projects and work
- Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve quality aspect of architectural works
- Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation in accordance to Master Programme
- Review project specifications, tender clarifications and construction drawings
- Requires experience in site coordination (arrangement of site work, material delivery, mock up, samples, quality control etc) for architectural trade
