Job Objective:
· Execute of products specification and oversees their life cycles.
· Support product development through ideation, prototyping and delivery
TECHNICAL SERVICE and PRODUCT SPECIFICATION
● Assist with troubleshooting of technical issues reported by customers
● Assist with preparation of test reports for product issues and/or routine used oil testing
● Assist to prepare product and technical related presentations and training
● Liaise with supplier on technical developments within the industry
● Research and assist in sourcing of additives (new / replacement / non-common specifications) with assistance from QA department
● Assist with formulation modifications to current products according to required changes to improve product quality
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
● Analyse properties and characteristics of existing products against other products in the market
● Support the development of new products, based on new technology applications
● Liaise with Business Development (BD) team on new product details
● Consolidate new product details and inform team of product completion
