Job Brief:
We are looking for an experienced Product Director/Assit. Director with deep knowledge and expertise in enterprise managed services from a service provider background -. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to identify and develop new growth engines through introduction of new services that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, strategies and develop new growth engines in Managed Services.
- Mentor and develop a strong performance product management team.
- Identify, design and build best of breed solution platforms, ecosystem solution and vertical solutions and market segmentation for Managed Services portfolio.
- Establish and cultivate partnerships with key partners in Managed Services to deliver differentiated managed services with unique value propositions.
- Lead in product life cycle management.
- Lead and develop product GTM strategies, Roadmaps and determine market segmenting, targeting and positioning.
- Establish and enhance product processes in Managed Services’ Group of products and services to ensure the smooth delivery of these services.
- Monitor product quality against target levels and trigger corrective actions where necessary.
- Responsible for product profitability, service quality and customer experience.
- Optimize cost structure, product profitability and customer value
- Develop Business Case and Market Analysis for the products and services.
- Develop, execute and monitor product processes are followed through by each stakeholder
- Product sales, pre-sales, engineering, operations, payment and billing enablement, training and certification.
- Work with Marketing to run effective horizontal marketing programs and events to create market awareness and generate sales leads.
- Monitor product quality against target levels and trigger corrective actions where necessary.
- Achieve key value drivers, operating revenue & expenses as well as product profitability targets.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
Role Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred with at least 10 years’ experience
- Proven track record of successfully developing and growing a portfolio of Managed Network, Security, Mobility, IoT and Edge Cloud Services.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
- Demonstrated initiative and creativity/out of the box product development.
- Self-starter. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good business acumen and leadership skills.
