Position: Junior Testing Analyst (UAT Testing)
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Location: Singapore
We are seeking a motivated Junior UAT Tester to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting the timely delivery of high-quality projects by ensuring that business requirements are met and user acceptance testing is thoroughly executed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in ensuring timely and quality delivery of project milestones.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements and propose relevant solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders and team leads to maintain project timelines.
- Translate business needs into test scenarios, conditions, and expected outcomes for user acceptance testing.
- Execute user acceptance tests, document results, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Monitor and manage outstanding defects, coordinating with the IT team for timely resolution.
- Lead defect discussions with IT as needed.
- Prepare training materials and provide guidance to stakeholders.
- Perform post-implementation verification of the system.
- Continuously seek improvements in processes, contributing to innovation in the team.

Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus.
Education:
- Diploma/Degree or equivalent professional qualifications.
