Lamichemi is a boutique interior design studio that boasts a team of passionate and committed individuals. We're growing our team and seeking Interior Designers who are incredibly motivated and have a genuine love for designing beautiful homes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.
Responsibilities
- Handle clients enquires
- Understand homeowners’ requirement and prepare for design proposal
- Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
- Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed
- Provide customers with consultation over materials and color specifications
- Liaise and work closely with sub-con & suppliers to ensure smooth workflow of projects
- Conduct quality check before handing over to customers
- Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree 2 - 3 years of experience in related field Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong creative and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to execute
- Responsible and positive attitude
- Interior Design entry level/ recent graduate with flair for creativity are welcome to apply (mentorship provided)
