Responsibilities:
. Issuing quotation & Invoice
. Filling all documentation in proper
. Tracking invoice and follow up on outstanding payment.
. Attending phone call and email.
. Maintaining & filling of the office documentations
. Other admin duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years experience in similar position
- knowledge in Microsoft office (Word & Excel)
- Good working attitude and good team player.
- Excellent skills in communication and collaboration.
Working hours
5 days Work: 830am - 530pm
