Job Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the creation and launch of a new program from inception
- Coordinate closely with the project team, vendors, and relevant stakeholders
- Recruit and onboard staff for both setup and go-live phases
- Manage the account and lead the program to achieve organizational goals
- Oversee cost management and ensure the program’s profitability
- Supervise daily operations to meet KPIs and performance targets
- Promptly address and resolve escalations to maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure inventory accuracy and integrity within the program
- Enforce compliance with quality and safety policies
- Develop and guide downstream leaders for succession planning and staff growth
- Cultivate a positive team culture and manage team dynamics effectively
- Engage with customers on operational, project, and commercial concerns
- Strengthen customer relationships to support long-term success and mutual benefit
- Support the site manager in addressing other operational needs as required
Job Requirement(s)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in a managerial capacity.
- Proven experience managing teams of 100 or more in a multinational 3PL environment
- Program management experience is required
