Role and Responsibilities:
- Setting long-term goals and strategies for the organization
- Overseeing the work of other managers and teams within the company
- Making high-level decisions that impact the direction of the organization.
- Allocating resources and managing budgets
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures
- Leading and motivating employees
- Representing the organization to external stakeholders, such as clients, investors, and partners
- Monitoring market trends and adapting to changing business environments.
- Analysing data and using it to inform decision-making.
- Support director to achieve company mission, vision, values and goals with ideal key employee and manager profile in mind.
- Plan, schedule and coordinate project activities to meet deadlines
- Modify plans in response to delays
- Ensure all workers are compliant with local laws and regulations.
- Coordinate Human Resources, including Part-Timers and cleaners to keep labor costs within budget while maintaining service standards and maximize productivity.
- Ensure productivity and efficiency
- Monitor and ensure subcontractors comply with specified requirements.
- Identify and comply with all applicable regulatory requirements and safety related to the project.
- Respond swiftly to work delays, emergencies and other problems.
- Able to promote and search new customers.
- Need to be knowledge in all cleaning service and able to guide cleaners and operations supervisor.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 3 years' experience in the relevant industry.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good command of English
· Well-knowledge and experienced in the industry.
