- Position: HR Assistant (Learning & Development)
- Location: Gul Road (company transport provided)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + Performance Bonus (3-6 Months) + Flexi Benefits + OT pay (if required)
- Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Assist Career Conversion Programme (CCP), including programme structures, stakeholder management and project operations
- Assist the funding grants and Employee Benefits programmes
- Administer full-cycle of scholarship programmes
- Assist and support in collaboration with Government Agencies and Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs)
- Support in talent development programme to support company’s retention / growth and succession planning
- Assist in monthly HR reporting
- Liaise with the union for activities, handle new membership registrations, removal of resignees and update of monthly bills
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking clients
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Experienced in government grant application
- Proficient in Excel
