Information
Working hours : Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 4:30pm
Company Transport : Various MRT stations
Basic salary : $3,500 - $4,500
Allowance : $6 per day of meal allowance, $8 per day of transport allowance (if never take company transport)
Responsibilities:
- Provide products training to distributors and customers
- Guidance and analysing of fault found to Distributor / End-user, remotely via emails and/or calls
- Carry out field services at site in local and ASEAN countries.
- Provide service report and recommend spare parts, assisting Parts team to locate correct spare parts
- Furnish Warranty claims and Quality report to drive quality improvement on our products.
- Willingness to work beyond office hours if required and any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma/certificates in Engineering with relevant experience in construction machinery industry.
- Able to read and understand Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic schematic diagram.
- Process valid Class 3 Driving License.
