Working Hours
1. 6 Days 12 Hours (Includes 1 Hour and 40mins break)
2. 6 Days 10 Hours (Includes 1 Hour break)
3. 6 Days 9 Hours (Includes 1 Hour break)
4. 5 Days 12 Hours (Includes 1 Hour and 40mins break)
What you will expect:
- Responsible for the preparation, seasoning and cooking of food in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Ensuring freshness and quality of food items
- Cook the exact number of items ordered by each customer, working on several different orders simultaneously
- Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared
- Maintain Cleanliness of kitchen stations and upkeep of cooking equipment
- Ensure the correct rotation by FIFO and maintain stock level of all food products
- Other Ad-hoc duties as and when required
Skills/Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Team player
- Able to work on weekend & Public holidays
- A genuine and honest, "can do" attitude! :)
- On the job Training will be provided
