Our Cleaning company is looking for Health care operation Manager candidate for our coming project. Candidate should responsible for the oversight of daily operations in a healthcare facility, although, in larger facilities, he might focus on a specific department or service area.
- planning and coordinating non-clinical, administrative activities for the facility they manage
- creating plans and strategies aimed at improving service delivery
- implementing IT systems and supporting them to ensure an efficient and up-to-date service
- scheduling staff and hiring new employees to handle the facility's workload
- oversight of departments throughout the facility to provide support and ensure smooth and efficient operation etc.,
- Person should know about the implementing policies, guidelines and rules to meet government standards
