JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle Expatriate management
- Deal with Expat Tax clearance
- Strategic Business partnering (Studying specific HR organization matrix, involve in company’s/ Business partnering engagements, driving company’s cultural norms, close communication gaps)
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Participate in HR or any other projects
- Any other adhoc duties
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in HR/Business Studies/Secretarial/Administration/Management or Degree in Business Studies (Major in HR) or any other relevant certifications
- Minimum 4 years of hand-on banking experience handling Expat Management, Tax clearance, Business Partnering duties
- Approachable, patient, highly organized, versatile, has good interpersonal and communication skills
