The Services required are set out as follows:
• Man the reception counter in General Office
• Perform Customer facing tasks such as answering and directing phone calls, providing information and services and attending to walk-in enquiries/requests from students, visitors and suppliers in the General Office
• Management of records such as maintaining and updating filing and inventory
• Manage lost and found items and delivery of goods
• Maintain sickbay records and taking care of students at sickbay, including early dismissal of students due to medical reasons and providing basic first aid to injured students
• Secretarial tasks such as arranging appointments, organising meetings, calling students for fee arreas
• Perform other related administrative duties as required
