Position: PHV Car Leasing Sales
Working Days & Hours: 5.5 Days | 830am - 530pm | Rotating Shifts (Weekend & PH): 10am to 2pm
Salary: Basic 1,500 + Allowance+ Commission (up to 5,000)

Responsibilities
- To identify new sales opportunities through researching of industry trends, identifying emerging markets, and profiling potential clients based on their needs and preferences (PHV Industry).
- To generate leads through own creativity, direct outdoor channels and ensuring a smooth follow-up including setting up appointments.
- Managing the entire sales process which involves coordinating with various internal departments and post-sales service.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with customers to ensure customer’s retention.
- Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to measure your performance.
- Being proactive in conducting monthly market research of the private hire/PHV industry competitive landscape.
