Roles & Responsibilities:
- Full-set of accounts : ensure AP & AR, GL, account reconciliation, expenses, inventory, fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, etc. ) are closed monthly/quarterly/year-end on a timely, complete and accurate basis.
- Assist in budget forecast, financial analysis on P&L and balance sheet.
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax (GST), and government authorities where required.
- Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirements, audits, procedures, and statutory and internal forms.
- Ensure all tax returns, tax declarations and other reports are submitted accurately and timely.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Preferably a Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years in a similar position in Singapore.
- Working knowledge of Singapore regulations and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in accounting software (AutoCount preferred) and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Good analytical skills, detailed and meticulous.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Well-organized with a strong ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Well-versed in handling confidentiality.
