- Position: Assistant Supply & Demand Manager
- Well Established Indonesian Palm Oil & Oleochemical MNC
- 5 Days Work Week (9:00am – 6:00pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $8,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus (Averaging 3 to 4 Months)

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute demand and inventory plans that will enable to meet sales and service objectives.
- Monitoring and evaluating sales and marketing data to effectively estimate product demands and production capabilities.
- Planning supply and demand in conjunction with Production Planning to achieve maximum plant utilization/optimization and meet the budget.
- Analyzing statistical data and generating forecasting solutions from commercials for production to maintain a healthy inventory flow, reduce liabilities, and maintain a healthy net working capital to support the company global organization’s operations.
- Management and analysis to maximize production and storage capability.
- Lead the Production Planning Inventory Control (PPIC) team to formulate rolling production plans and forecasts.
- Identify and formulate cost-effectiveness of using different raw and intermediate materials for production to generate the desired finished goods.
- Leadership capabilities to lead a PPIC team consisting of personnel from Production, Logistics, Shipping and Operations, Procurement and Purchasing to discuss, identify, and formulate production and plant utilization/maximization.
- Set up and maintained the PPIC procedures of Supply and Demand Planning for company and its subsidiaries.
- Identify issues and implement action plans to align with the corporate goals on demand of the raw and intermediate materials to meet production plans.
- Implement 3 months’ rolling forecasts and monitor accuracy as per sales and production plan.
- Conduct and lead daily, and weekly meetings with counterparts in Singapore, Indonesia and Europe to access the supply and demand of finished products to meet sales-marketing Objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Logistics.
- At least 4 years of experience as Supply Chain Management Planner in a Chemical or Oleochemical environment.
- Able to lead a PPIC team consisting of production, logistics, and shipping personnel.
- Supply and Demand experience, knowledge of shipping, and warehousing in a chemical production environment is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Required frequent travel to manufacturing plant in Indonesia.
