Job Scope:
- Oversee and coordinate production of high-quality BIM models and construction documents
- Manage and deliver federated models in specified formats
- Assist the BIM Manager in implementing BIM processes
- Update and revise BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure models have correct parameters for quantification and 4D simulation
- Collaborate with teams to ensure drawings meet design specifications
- Coordinate with consultants, SWCs, and subcontractors
- Utilize BIM for coordination, sequencing, constructability analysis, and as-built documentation
- Review design and fabrication models, perform clash detection checks, and conduct quality control
Requirements:
- Diploma in C&S/ Architectural/ M&E/ Building services
- Atleast 1 year experience in related field
- Proficient in BIM/ Revit (Architectural/ Structural and Reinforcement/ MEP modelling and Navisworks)
- Experience in using Autodesk/ Bentley software
