Responsibilities:
- Validate local and incoming documentation.
- Manage various types of documentation including AWB, Invoice, Custom Declaration, BL, Packing list, etc.
- Provide support to customers regarding shipping inquiries, delivery estimates, and order status updates.
- Accurately recording shipping details into systems, perform documentations.
- Close all job files promptly to meet month end account closing
Requirements:
- Candidate with experience in freight forwarding is a plus
- Candidate with no experience is welcome. Training will be provided.
