Job Scope:
- Manage the assets related to infrastructure and computing devices.
- Offer computer support services, including troubleshooting, patching, configuration, testing, and maintenance for both software and hardware.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors.
- Provide training, coaching, and orientation to users on computer device usage.
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed on time and meet user satisfaction.
- Handle helpdesk duties effectively.
