Job Scope:
- Monitor daily operations and ensure orders are process smoothly.
- Handle customers phone calls and emails.
- Issue billing, quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders, invoicing.
- Coordinate shipment delivery and documentation.
- Conduct inventory checks, tracking, and replenishment.
- Updating, monitoring and generation of reports.
- Liaise and negotiate with vendors, suppliers and contractors.
Job Requirements:
