Roles
- Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets.
- Prepare, plan and submit project related documents, such as schedules, method statement, design plan, risk assessment, monthly report, etc.
- Monitor and supervise supervisor / foremen, ensure compliance to the quality procedures & standard of workmanship.
- Checking on quality and quantity of work by subcontractors.
- Handling technical issues.
- Liaison and meeting with client's representatives, relevant authorities and consultants.
- Responsible for all inspection activities being carried out.
- To coordinate and liaise with all projects staff and workers to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirement
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction relevant field.
- At least five (5) years of work experience in building construction or private residential projects, such as landed properties.
- Organised, meticulous with positive work attitude
- Able to work independently and a team player
- Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude
