Job Description
- Position: Facility Technician (1 Year Contract)
- Well Established Japanese Manufacturing MNC
- Working hours: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,500

Main Responsibilities:
- Work in a team to maintain the mechanical or electrical installation and equipment.
- Assist in the installation, operation and maintenance of the company’s manufacturing plant machinery, building and associated facilities.
- Carries out inspection and servicing of the Company's mechanical and electrical installations, building and associated facilities, air-conditioning units, machinery and equipment.
- Attend to requests / complaints from users and carries out minor repairs.
- Liaise and attend to outside contractors during major repairs or installation works and provides assistance as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or Facility Management.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in building, facilities and M&E services maintenance.
- Able to support duty on weekend / Public Holiday or perform 12 hours rotating shift when required.
