Job Description
- Generate invoices/debit notes/credit notes.
- Receive payments and updating of accounting records.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices
- Assist in the preparation of month end reports, statement of accounts, monthly journals and management and audit analysis schedules.
- Assist to prepare consolidated accounts including foreign subsidiary companies.
- Other duties as and when assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting , LCCI or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting system
- At least 3 years’ accounting experience
- Hardworking , meticulous and able to work independently
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 0900hours to 1815hrs
- Fridays: 0900hrs to 1800hrs
- One Saturday Per month: 0900hrs to 1300hrs
