Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and targets.
- Help plan and coordinate maintenance and repair activities to minimize production downtime.
- Work with maintenance teams to implement upgrades and improvements to equipment and processes.
- Assist in assessing manpower needs and assigning tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations.
- Support team performance monitoring and provide necessary assistance to achieve production goals.
- Prepare monthly reports summarizing production performance, efficiency metrics, and improvement areas.
- Assist in analyzing production data to identify trends and recommend process enhancements.
- Attend production meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategic initiatives.
- Support the audit process by collaborating with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical Process / Manufacturing or equivalent
- Preferably 1-2 years working experience in in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
