· Ensure that the worker carried out the works in accordance with quality requirement and assist them if necessary.
· Strong technical knowledge of construction materials and methods.
· Ensure projects are completed within budget and in accordance with contractual agreements and quality standards.
· At least 3 years (s) of working experience in construction is required for the position.
· Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
· Supervised subcontractors, vendors and staff to ensure safety protocols were strictly adhered to and all safety policies were being followed.
· To mange control and moniter of daily project works, instruction and progress.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Develop and maintain positive working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and customers.
· Plan, organize and oversee construction projects from start to finish
