Description:
- Build strong patient relationships through personalised care and follow-up
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
- Conduct tech-enhanced therapies to improve patientÃs health and wellness
- Educate patients on treatment plans, products, and services
- Achieve monthly sales targets through exceptional customer service, without hard selling
- Identify and convert sales opportunities to drive clinic growth
- Participate in promotional activities and contribute to marketing strategies
- Efficiently manage patient appointments and registrations
- Handle patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Perform cashiering duties and manage financial transactions
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Train and mentor junior staff on sales, customer service, and clinical procedures
- Adhere to all clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Ensure proper handling, packaging, and labelling of medications
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and hygienic clinic environment
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' level
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with some supervisory responsibilities in retail/healthcare/wellness/aesthetics or similar settings
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in relevant beauty and wellness qualifications (CIDESCO, CIBTAC, WSQ, ITEC, etc.) preferred
- Bilingual proficiency is required due to Chinese speaking customers
- Passionate about the healthcare industry and committed to delivering exceptional patient care
- Able to work in retail operation timings
