- Partnering with hiring managers during full cycle TA recruitment for contract positions in Singapore.
- Partner with hiring managers in understanding and clarifying talent needs and expectations, as well as formulating effective recruitment strategies and hiring plans for contract positions in Singapore.
- Contract management for renewals and replacements.
- Recruitment and hiring for internship requests; involve in coordination for monthly internship engagement events and internship graduation ceremony.
- Involve in job fairs to attract top talents in the market.
- Support HR general functions such as operations, compensation and benefits, T&OD in different processes.
- Suggest ideas for populating HR data and ease for PowerPoint presentation
- Utilise various recruitment channels, in the most cost-effective ways and determine the most effective sourcing method for the candidate pool and resume screening, including job posting at different channels and send out internal updates for referrals.
- Assist in the design and draft quarterly highlights and updates for the HR Newsletter to SG employees
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business or equivalent.
• Min. 3 years experience in end-to-end recruitment in Engineering, chemical or water industry.
Salary range: Up to $4.5K
