Description:
- Ensure that the restaurantís high standard in service, hospitality, hygiene, cleanliness and service systems are upheld
- Show appreciation to the guests by providing above and beyond hospitality to make their dining experience memorable
- Practise good customer relations and Attend to customer complaints and queries satisfactorily
- Work with fellow staffs and manager to Ensure that the restaurant achieves its Full potential
- Train new team member and motivate the service team
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O' levels
- Minimum 2 years of F&B experience, preferably with 1 year of experience in a captain position
- Familiar with Point-of-Sale system
- Good communication, interpersonal, public relations, and management skills
- Must be able work on weekend and public holiday
