- Manage the application process for Halal certification, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Liaise with MUIS representatives and Halal certification bodies to facilitate audits, inspections, and certification renewals.
- Ensure that all products and services meet the Halal criteria specified by MUIS and comply with Singaporean Halal regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with Halal standards.
- Maintain accurate records of Halal certification documentation
- Ensure that all Halal-related documentation is endorsed, organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible for regulatory inspections and audits.
- Execute the agreed Operations KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.
- Involved in daily warehouse operations include order processing.
- Perform any other tasks (job-related) as assigned by the immediate superior.
Requirements:
- A member of the Halal Team, has successfully completed the mandatory Halal Competency Assessment (HCA) and have a valid HCA certificate
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in similar functions / positions
