Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and draft client proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Conduct and manage the client onboarding process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Assist the Client Advisors with day-to-day tasks, including follow-up on client queries and ongoing client relationship management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate client requests and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Help identify potential opportunities for business development and participate in client meetings as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities in the company’s CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to trust services.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience or background in legal, financial, or trust services is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to client confidentiality.
