Job Responsibilities:
- Drives top line store sales and growth by personally selling to customers
- Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively
- Creates enthusiasm for selling strategies by inspiring, supporting and mentoring others’ selling behaviours
- Work in a fast-paced retail environment with a 5-day workweek and 9-hour shifts (including a 1-hour lunch break)
- Displays expert product knowledge and takes initiative to elevate personal and peer knowledge of product categories
- Responsible to meet minimum monthly sales target
- Contributes to and thrives in a sales-driven culture.
