Job Title : Payroll Specialist/Executive
Job Type : Contract 2 years, Extendable
Job Location : Central/ East Singapore
Job Responsibilities:
· Handle and process monthly payroll, claims, incentives, reimbursement and allowance payments.
· Reconciliation of payroll records, data verification and administration.
· Troubleshooting and rectifying any payroll related errors with internal and external stakeholders.
· To liaise with internal and external stakeholders for personal tax reporting, process annual income tax filing and submission within the stipulated deadlines.
· Responsible to provide & generate monthly / ad-hoc payroll Reports, with detailed breakdowns, medical and claim reports, GL and other finance reports, monthly payroll reconciliation report or any other related report.
· Any other payroll tasks and projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in HR or equivalent.
· Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing for at least 300 headcounts. Experience with WorkDay and Excelity systems will be an advantage
· Good understanding of whole payroll cycle, CPF Act and taxation regulations.
· Should have an ability to connect well across all levels.
· Highly meticulous and with an eye for detail.
