Events and Marketing Executive

Working Location: Upper Thomson Road (TE5, TE6)

Work Week: 5.5 days

Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm (Monday to Friday) & 9 am to 1 pm (Saturday)

Monthly Salary Ranges: S$2,700 to S$3,000

Job Summary:

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Events and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of events and the execution of marketing strategies to promote our brand and services. This role involves planning, organizing, and executing events and managing marketing campaigns across various platforms in close collaboration with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, workshops, and promotional activities.
2. Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness.
3. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
4. Manage event logistics, including budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
5. Create and manage content for marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional materials.
6. Track and report on marketing campaign performance and event success.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Job Requirements:

1. A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in event planning and marketing.
3. Strong organizational and project management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
6. Proficiency in digital marketing, social media platforms, and marketing tools.
7. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
