Responsibilities
- Develop strategic plans to identify, target, and secure corporate clients.
- Grow the client base by actively acquiring new customers.
- Create customized networking proposals tailored to specific sectors.
- Act as the liaison between clients, designers, and other project stakeholders, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded.
- Prepare sales and marketing materials.
- Help organize sales and marketing events.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure all drawings and proposals are produced on time.
- Support all aspects of sales activities.
- Manage and maintain customer relationships.
- Collect and assess customer feedback and highlight customer complaints for management analysis.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in sales within the commercial office interior design industry or a related field.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills to devise sales and business development strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to build relationships with customers and gather market insights.
- Self-discipline to meet challenging customer visit targets and submit reports promptly.
