Job Scope
- Receiving Goods: Unloading incoming deliveries, checking for damages, and verifying the accuracy of orders against packing lists.
- Inventory Management: Keeping track of stock levels, conducting regular inventory counts, and updating inventory systems.
- Order Fulfillment: Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
- Storage Organization: Properly storing products in designated locations, maintaining cleanliness, and organizing warehouse space for optimal efficiency.
- Shipping: Preparing outgoing shipments, labeling packages, and coordinating with inhouse and external logistics teams/ providers.
- Equipment Operation: Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery safely and efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and participating in safety training.
- Documentation: Completing necessary paperwork related to shipments, inventory, and safety checks.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with cross functional team members and supervisors to meet operational goals and improve processes.
- Problem-Solving: Addressing issues such as inventory discrepancies, equipment malfunctions, or shipping delays as they arise.
