Job Description
(a) Report and assist Project Director (PD) on project functions included but not limited to project management, site management, risk control management etc. to meet the project(s) goals;
(b) Leading and mentoring a project team by setting guidelines and/or procedures, providing advice and supervision when necessary;
(c) Responsible for overall Project Management activities inclusive of overall planning and coordination of project from award of project, design, construction to completion within established budget, schedule and quality standards;
(d) Assist PD in collations of project progress reports e.g. Monthly Report, VO Management, EOT Assessment, Project Progress Updates, etc;
(e) Monitor project development schedule and manage the day-to-day operations of a program, project or function, including developing short and long-range goals, objectives and budgets, coordinating activities with other Contractors;
(f) Conduct technical reviews to ensure compliance with Contractual requirements and target completion date is met;
(g) Liaise with Client’s Representatives, Consultants and/or Contractors engaged on the project and attend regular meetings so as to ensure the progress is on schedule;
(h) Supervise and monitoring the site labor force and monitor the work of Subcontractors including resolve any unexpected construction difficulties and other problems that may arise;
(i) Oversee quality control and safety matters on the site and to ensure Environmental, Safety & Health (EHS) practices are carried out at all time and identify high risks safety hazard activities before construction and approval of Method Statements;
(j) Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.
(m) Under the WSH Act, employees have a duty to keep their workplace and colleagues safe:

• Do not tamper with safety devices or perform wilful or reckless acts; and
(n) Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.
Requirements:
(a) Degree recognised by Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB) in Civil Engineering or equivalent 10 years and more of working experience in the construction industry.
(b) Experience in LTA/Roadworks/MRT/Viaducts projects.
