Develop new business for warehousing, transportation, 3PL, and any related logistics fields from new customers
Developing customized target sales strategies. Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support, answering potential client questions Collaborating with sales team and bringing in new business.
Requirements:-
1. At least 5 years of relevant work experience in freight forwarding
2. At least 3 years of relevant work experience in 3PL and warehousing industry
3. Problem-solving Skills, Good problem-solving abilities, resourcefulness, and initiative
4. Ability to maintain contact with a large network of important people, create contacts with partners in a variety of critical positions, and success at forming business relationships
5. Interpersonal Skills to deal with both employees and customers.
6. Organizational Skills professionals in this role must be extremely detailed. In their work, they will oversee details of the entire supply chain, and will need to be able to recognize and correct any errors.
7. Experience in China business development activities
8. Ability to multi-task and navigate between strategic & hands-on work effectively.
9. With Sale target 2 times of basic SALARY
