Responsibilities:
- Manage and set up systems and applications, including Active Directory Services, data centres, video conferencing, audio systems, telephony, server storage, and backup solutions, as well as network devices like firewalls, routers, VPNs, internet proxies, and wireless systems.
- Automate system backups, execute recovery and disaster recovery plans, apply software patches, and closely monitor system resource usage to maintain operational integrity.
- Collaborate with external vendors to ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are fulfilled.
- Draft and revise technical documents, such as administration and user guides, to provide clear instructions and support.
- Offer technical assistance to users in both local and overseas branches over LAN and WAN, ensuring security protocols are upheld.
- Research and source products, solutions, vendors, and suppliers for various projects to meet organizational needs.
- Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 technical support and actively engage as a team leader or member in project initiatives.
- Proficient in enterprise networking, including WAN, LAN, and VPN optimization implementation and support
- Skilled in administering Microsoft Server 2012 and later, Microsoft 365, and Google Suite products/services
- Familiar with internet architecture designs such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Proxy, and Firewall
- Familiar with devices like Alcatel PABX, FortiGate Devices, Cisco, and Unifi Wireless AP Controller
- Strong knowledge of CyberRisk and Cybersecurity; familiarity with PDPA is highly preferred
- Experience with Veeam, VMware, and UNIX/Linux is an added advantage
- Experience in API/Web Programming and Database Administration is an added advantage
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or CCNA Certification
- Minimum one year of relevant experience
