Job Description & Requirements
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Develop training and development programs
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Update and maintain year to date and monthly payroll records for annual audit.
- Maintaining and tracking of training record in compliance to established ISO requirement.
- Drafting of HR Documents, Such as employment contracts and certification letters.
- End to end recruitment and selection activities such as posting of job adverts and shortlisting of candidates and initial screening of candidates vis phone interview.
- On boarding of new hires (fulfillment of pre-employment requirement like medical) and off-boarding of employee leaving the org. (exit interview, processing final payment, organize exit interview)
- Participate and prepare materials for career fair held in vocational institutes.
- Creation/updating & maintenance of employee and payroll records in adaptive payroll software.
- End of year tabulation of income date for tax submission purpose
- Application/renewal/cancellation of work passes in the MOM’s work permit and employment pass online portal.
- Track and renew the employee’s work injury compensation insurance.
- In charge of workers dormitory allocation and maintenance of tenant listing.
- Assist in human resource functions, operations and admin matters in the department.
- Attend to and assist to resolve any grievances and complaints that may arise from any level of the workforce. Provide guidance and counselling where necessary.
