Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Ensure accurate month-end closings and financial reporting to both local and headquarters offices.
- Review and improve financial procedures and policies, balancing process enhancements with governance and internal controls.
- Monitor cash flows and work closely with process owners on manufacturing costs.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and the company secretary on various matters.
- Manage fixed assets, including checks and maintenance.
- Develop HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall business goals.
- Handle recruitment, compensation, benefits administration, and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
- Facilitate employer-employee relations by addressing demands and grievances.
- Manage the payroll process, including reporting, leave management, work pass administration, and HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee a performance appraisal system that encourages high performance.
- Support corporate social responsibility initiatives and maintain a safe work environment.
- Coordinate on hiring plans, resignations, confirmations, and other HR-related matters.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports promptly and accurately.
- Support company administrative operations as needed.
Requirements:
- Hold a degree in Accountancy and possess a CA qualification or an equivalent certification.
- Have a minimum of two years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
- Demonstrate a strong finance background coupled with business analysis experience.
- Exhibit advanced Excel skills, particularly in creating financial models, and have experience with planning systems.
