- Attending to School General Office front-desk duties.
- Handling telephone calls and walk-in enquiries.
- Receiving in-coming mails / goods deliveries and arranging outgoing mails for posting.
- Maintaining, updating, and compilation of data.
- Attend to / assist unwell students.
- Logistical e.g. taking photos/videos and admin support for school programmes, events or resource preparation.
- Assist in other general admin duties when assigned.
Qualification
- Diploma or GCE ‘O’ level or higher.
- Conversant in at least two languages, English and a Mother Tongue language. Preference will be given to candidates who are conversant in English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS office i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
- Pleasant disposition, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant experience in administration and/or customer service
