Job duties:
- Source, review, and compare quotations, keep track of tender expenses.
- Find new sub-contractor, liaise with various related parties including customer, consultants, sub-contractor on specification to ensure requirements were met.
- Tabulate tender costing and review it with management.
- Review and compare documents and contracts.
- Conduct meetings with internal and external stakeholders to resolve tendering issues.
- Attend site tender briefing.
- Ensure timely update and issuance of corrigendum and measurements.
- Conduct post tender review.
