- Assist engineers in conducting all test-related activities for server and rack products in production.
- Support and implement PXE server configuration for products.
- Execute and maintain the server and rack run-in testing process.
- Carry out and oversee the burn-in and power testing processes.
- Test and analyze production product failures, collaborating with engineers for improvements.
- Participate in Kaizen activities for continuous improvement.
- Update and track the test program master list.
- Prepare and update work instructions.
- Provide training on work instructions to production teams.
- Support the NPI (New Product Introduction) process.
- Assist production during mass runs.
- Participate in ISO implementation and maintenance activities.
Requirements for AE/Technician:
- Diploma in engineering with 1-3 years of experience in server and rack manufacturing.
- Strong team player.
- Ability to work effectively with peers, superiors, and occasionally with customers and HQ/factory teams.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Willingness to work shifts.
- Strong understanding of testing methods and concepts (for test roles).
- Programming and debugging skills (for test roles).
