- Lead a team of AEs/Technicians in conducting all debug-related activities for server and rack products that fail testing during production.
- Test, analyze, and troubleshoot product failures while collaborating with customers and headquarters/factories for improvements.
- Diagnose the root causes of failures and isolate the faulty components or failure modes.
- Collaborate with relevant parties to implement improvement activities.
- Participate in Kaizen initiatives.
- Prepare and update working instructions as needed.
- Provide training on working instructions to technicians.
- Support the NPI process and production during mass runs.
- Engage in ISO activities, including implementation and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in an Engineering discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a server, rack, or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work effectively with customers, test/R&D, and system teams.
- Knowledge of Linux is preferred.
- Capable of multitasking and working under pressure.
- Strong understanding of testing and debugging methods and concepts.
- Familiarity with programming and debugging skills.
