- Assist engineers in carrying out all test-related activities.
- Support and implement various product configuration setups.
- Test, analyze, and troubleshoot product failures, collaborating closely with process and test engineers to improve yield.
- Participate in Kaizen activities.
- Update test tracking records.
- Prepare and revise working instructions.
- Provide training on working instructions to new hires.
- Support the NPI process and production runs.
- Participate in ISO activities, including implementation and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Nitec or higher qualification in engineering, with at least 1-3 years of experience in a testing and debugging environment.
- Strong team player.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with peers, engineers, and superiors.
- Capable of multitasking and working under pressure.
- Willing to perform shift work.
- Good understanding of testing methods and concepts.
- Knowledge of programming and debugging skills.
