Job Responsibilities:

  • Compiling, maintaining and updating company records and office business transactions
  • Taking and processing orders
  • Answering customer questions, providing information and addressing complaints.
  • Calling and answering phone calls with customers and vendors
  • Managing office, warehouse inventory and working with vendors to ensure the regular supply of materials
  • Provide support to relevant team
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum “O” level qualification and above
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Computer literacy and basic accounting knowledge (Accounting Software and Microsoft Office, Outlook)
  • Meticulous and well organized person
  • Teamwork mindset
  • Initiative and possess good communication skills


Job Details:

  • Work Days: Monday - Saturday 5.5 days
  • Work Hours: 9am - 6pm / 9am - 1pm
