Job Responsibilities:
- Compiling, maintaining and updating company records and office business transactions
- Taking and processing orders
- Answering customer questions, providing information and addressing complaints.
- Calling and answering phone calls with customers and vendors
- Managing office, warehouse inventory and working with vendors to ensure the regular supply of materials
- Provide support to relevant team
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum “O” level qualification and above
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Computer literacy and basic accounting knowledge (Accounting Software and Microsoft Office, Outlook)
- Meticulous and well organized person
- Teamwork mindset
- Initiative and possess good communication skills
Job Details:
- Work Days: Monday - Saturday 5.5 days
- Work Hours: 9am - 6pm / 9am - 1pm
