Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Beauty Manager to oversee our beauty department. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the beauty industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing a team. The Senior Beauty Manager will be responsible for driving sales and developing strategies to increase revenue while ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of product knowledge amongst the team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the beauty department, ensuring it runs efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Train and develop the beauty team to maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide exceptional customer service.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback and identify areas of improvement.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop promotional plans and execute them effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and merchandising teams to ensure the beauty department aligns with the overall brand strategy.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a management role in the beauty industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the latest beauty trends and products.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
